Should states that release illegals back into society, be liable when the illegals commit more crimes?

This is why you are one of my favs....... Good question. Answer yes. If the US gov or state agency releases a known and proven criminal back onto the street(especally when they are illegal) the state should pay what ever monetary recovery is sought in the case and commision of a new crime... 42% of our fed prisons are filled with illegals.... Thats 42% less criminals that we can house. And they wonder why crime rates are going up....
