Is there a shrimp for coldwater tanks?

i have a 125ltr coldwater tank, i have 1 fantail,a black moor both of the age approx 2years, 2 panda moors, recently added so fairly small, 2 cloud minnows,1 danio and 3 gl blood fins. im looking for a couple of shrimps to help clean the tank but not sure what type to get. now i know the unwritten rule of if it will fit in their mouth they will eat it so thought id ask and see what your brains can come up with!! many thanks.
