Posting the same question over and over?

"College at 26" and "Social Worker with a Felony" is posted endlessly by someone, and endlessly elicits all sorts of sympathetic responses. THe poster posts those most frequently (20 or 30 times in the past months), but has a few others that are just repeats over and over. Why doesn't Yahoo react to those kinds of repeat postings?
