HELP!?! What should i do if his is too big?

My boyfriend and i been together almost 2 yrs and he is the second person i been with. The problem is he is very thick and long, so when we have it hurts. There's times where i can feel it rip when he thrust and it cause miner bleeding when we are finish. We have twice a week. I don't know what to do. Please help.
