Help with Sky tv please!?

I was round at my cousins a few weeks ago with my little girl and changed the Sky channel to Cbeebies and ever since when my cousin puts on her tele it automatically comes on at Cbeebies even though it was a different channel she was watching the night before. Any suggestions on how to rectify this?
