Why is Gen. S K Sinha now giving provocative interviews to press about Amarnath row & state parties ? ?

former governor of the part of J & K state under Indian control was not giving any interview till in service but after amarnath row he is talking all provocative things against political parties of the Kashmir valley calling them traitors, anti nationals, hand in glove with terrorists & communal, giving clean chit to BJP, supporting fascist forces of Jammu doing all hooliganism & goondaism. DNA daily, 5 th Sept., 2008 reported. He is calling abrogation of Art. 370 & talking totally against people of the valley(has 98% Muslims) which indirectly shows his anti-Muslim communal attitude. It is clear that he was working communally during his tenure on fascist Sangh Parivar agenda under deep rooted conspiracy, against constitution. While criticising PDP he forgets that during Mufti's period of 3 years, it was proved beyond question that without army being at public places peace can be brought having no security problems to anybody otherwise, before him everyone talked of military solution. As he didn't like that as per his agenda, he created separate authority as shrine board, rejected by CM 4 times, he himself arbitrarily ordered & when asked explanation, he said that he was not answerable to state govt as if his dictatorial actions were above state govt authorities, constitution & supreme court order. Talking against Art. 370(which is the only thing joining Kashmir with India) is talking against constitution.In other states where Indian constitution is fully applicable, governors don't take such decisions, not answerable to state govt. but J&K state where Indian constitution is not fully applicable due to it being in international disputes, he is talking of working dictatorially as he wishes on fascist hidden agenda which resulted entire peace braught about by state govt. to naught. Ghulam Nabi Azad did maximum works for development of Jammu, much more than necessity during his period, since 1947. Even he was criticised by this man. One can see in Kashmir valley, the broken roads but in Jammu, they are the best. Whatever the solution between present governor & centre on Amarnath has been decided doesn't represent anyone of the valley(about the land in the valley) b coz there is NO state embly now. It is subject to approval of the valley. If this is the method of solution, in every state, governor sans state govt can do anything ? Where is the democracy & law ? J&K land law is clear. If this decision is taken without participation of people, can any arbitrary decision between governor & centre be binding on people of state ? Remeber that J & K is a disputed state(UNSC Res. dt. 22 Jan., 1948) & no new Indian decision can be imposed on that. It is ON RECORD. Those who know laws know that Sinha did EVERYTHING WRONG. When his dirty business is over, why is he talking controversial & communal things now to again create fresh troubles ? Shouldn't he be punished after trial for what all wrongs he did irresponsibly ?
