Where can I go in Chicago or Chicago area for a drink with an umbrella?

I'm looking to go to a bar or restaurant that serves Mai Tais or something of the sort with an umbrella. I know Chicago pretty well, but I haven't seen any drink umbrellas for a while. Anyone have any suggestions?
