Unfortunately I hooked up with a deadbeat guy long ago. I want him out of my house, yet he is protected under?

the guidelines PROTECT this drunk, pill popping poor excuse of man. I would put his name on the internet if it was legal.His family don't want him, his sisters and daughter have washed their hands of him and now I fully understand why. I want him gone and I have to wait while this BUM eats my food and sleeps and uses my heat and hot water. Please help any body Please help.
