Myspace errors when adding a layout... ongoing problem. please help!?

when i add a layout, anytime i have to enter captcha, i get the typical sorry error has occured. this has been going on since april. i can add a coolchaser layout from the coolchaser site only but then i cant modify my page further unless i manually delete the code from aboutme. ive emailed 4 times. they say theyre working on it. ive changed my pw, i have edited others pages myself from my computer with no problem so its not a human error. somebody please help me out here. i want a cute novelty layout and im very frustrated.
