Im not sure if this is an STD?

Okay so for about mroe than a month there was some white dry skin on my in one spot, and this did not hurt, did not itch, it was just annoying to look at, I had orally about 4 weeks before hand where I received . I already know I hvae HSV1, from since I was a child, however I am noticing these small bumps more, since ht edry skin has gone about 3 weeks ago (2 weeks after the dry skin was there) The bumps are NOT painful, NOT itchy, and they are spreading slightly. THe are very flat, red, shiny bumps, and im not sure what this could be at all... I check online for symptoms of HSV1 and HSV2 for genital and all I see is them describing painfu blisters that I do not feel. They are not painful at all, they are just scaring me adn annoying me. I got a blood test, which made NO SENSE! They said I had high levls of HSV1 and HSV2 BUT I was negative for both of them.. how does this make sense? I do not know! please get back to me and let me know what this may be =[ thanks
