Hi, I have a big tolerance to adderall and have to take up to like 80.. to 100 mgs to feel the benefits of it.?

If I was to switch from adderall and my taking of up to 90 mgs or so of adderall per day.. to dexadriane instead.. will my body's tolerance right off the bat be high w/ dexadrine since it's a similar drup to adderall..?? or will it be like being on a brand new drug and thus a smaller amount of dexadrine would be needed versus my current adderall tolerance levels..
