Do you really thing " Cap and Trade " is gonna work ?

CO2 cap and trade idea was borrowed from the effective and accepted sulfur cap and trade of the 1990 clean air act. Every one complained about it then, yet today, sulfur emissions are absent, no one went out of business, we still have affordable energy.
